budget est un acte r\u00e8glementaire vot\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e par le conseil communautaire qui pr\u00e9voit et autorise pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e les recettes et les d\u00e9penses.<br \/>Il doit obligatoirement \u00eatre \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 (montant des d\u00e9penses = montant des recettes) et il comprend deux grandes sections : le fonctionnement et l\u2019investissement, chacune de ces sections comportant des d\u00e9penses et des recettes.<br \/>Le budget est soumis au contr\u00f4le de l\u00e9galit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tat.<br \/>Le BP pour l\u2019exercice en cours doit \u00eatre vot\u00e9 par le conseil communautaire de la communaut\u00e9 de communes avant le 15 avril de l\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
